Most Sunday mornings you can find me at the Montrose Farmers Market. I love the bustle of the market and I love seeing the joy that my face painting brings to young and old. Come by and visit me at my booth.
Arm Art
I love painting arms. A nice long canvas that doesn’t blink. Here are some of my recent favorites.
Artsy Photoshoot
Some beautiful art shots taken by a dear friend, Kouralilly.
Special Effects Makeup for The Hollow Chronicles
The director of The Hollow Chronicles saw the wounds that I had painted for my character at the Anime Convention 2012, so she asked me if I could come on set for the shooting of Episode 3 to create special effects makeup. The call was 7:30 am, so you can still see the morning fog when I started to work. My makeup room was the trunk of a car. The final effect was pretty gory. Don’t worry. No actors were hurt in the shooting of this film.
Anime Expo 2012
I love to “cosplay.” That’s short for costume playing. I dress up as anime characters and go to huge (100,000 attendees) anime conventions. Last weekend, the Anime Expo 2012 was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Here are a few pictures of my friends and I. Check out the bloody wounds that I painted on using face paints.
Good times with Bart Simpson (the voice of)

I had such a blast face painting for the Happy House Annual BBQ, Poker Tournament, Family picnic fundraiser on the Estate of Nancy Cartwright (the voice of Bart Simpson.)
The music was great. The food was awesome. The people were so nice. The weather was perfect. The crafts (run by my brilliant mom, The Craft Lady) were super-fabo.
The event raised lots of funds for a very good cause. Next year, you can attend the event too.
